Senior Property Negotiator:
Responsibilities:
1.To advise multinational corporations in their property requirements, relocations instructions and contract negotiations;
2.To manage different property questions and requirements from clients and landlords;
3.To provide property all-rounded after sales services;
4.To follow guidelines and instructions of the company, working as a party of the team to develop the business and to meet business target;
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience and successful job performance an advantage;
2. Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin;
